The State of Florida allows a notary to charge $10.00 for each signature or action taken to complete the notarization. In addition to this, however, there are frequently other charges that cause the fee incurred to be higher. Here are some examples of things that will cause notary fees to increase:
1. Except for your signature(s), the document should be fully completed before my arrival, to avoid additional service charges for the notary having to wait for the document to be completed.
***** After an order for Demand same day service for notary services is placed, then the call is cancelled anytime up to time of the notary arriving, there will be a $20.00 cancellation service fee charged. **For ALL pre-scheduled appointments that are cancelled 2 hours before the appointment time, a minimum fee of $25.00 will be due for cancellation. A 24 hour cancellation call is required to avoid the charge. (Payable on our web site by using any debit/credit card.) Thank you for your understanding.

- Travel: I am a Mobile Notary Service my fee is (.65 cents) per mile from the Notary office, ( NO charge for Mileage in the Orange Park area or within 5 miles of my office).
That when traveling to any Hospital or Medical facilities, if the patient is not fully alert or has been medicated, I will not be able to notarize the document(s). (The patient will be qualified by being asked a few basic questions).

delivery to a nearby U.S. Post Office until process is completed.
|Power of Attorney or Living Wills and Trust Documents, Adoptions||$10.00 per signature or action for each page to complete + Plus $10.00 service fee for each half hour – plus .65 cents per mile travel fee, there is a fee of $1.00 per each initial required also.|
|Court Witness Telephone Hearing Notary||$75.00 UP TO $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE payment for the first 15 minutes on site due when scheduling appointment to secure time and date for service. NOTE: An additional $10.00 for each half hour thereafter waiting time until dismissed by the court agent.|
